Review: My family always buy their flowers from here and they’ve always been exactly what they’ve asked for. I was back in the UK for a family funeral and went here to order some flowers for the car. Due to a mix up I had to cancel my order the next day as another family member had organised the family flowers from elsewhere. I went in to speak to the owner directly and explained the situation. She handled the problem beautifully and even though I offered to pay a cancellation fee she said that as I had cancelled quickly there was no need for a fee at all as she hadn’t yet been to the wholesalers. She handled what was an already difficult time in a very kind and courteous manner which I greatly appreciated.

Review: I am giving this ladt one star only because I can post this feedback. My husband ordered flowers for me yesterday in which was a surprise. As I was going out I the front door there where a bouquet of flowers on the floor ..my husband wasn’t happy so he rang the florist and explained. All he got back was she will have a word with the driver.this is the same woman who I rang to do my wedding flowers and said oh I can’t be doing this and put the phone down on me.she has the most disgusting attitude she needs to talk to people with a bit of respect. Never go to her again.!!!!!
