Ireland well I’m glad i did a beautiful bunch of flowers and balloons as requested arrived at my friends home a couple of hours later within my modest budget. Review: Not really sure what to say ! Just reading the reviews they are mixed. I will try to be as fair as I can. I entered the shop and the lady was talking to a person I assumed was a customer. However after waiting quite a while it was apparent the person was working there. I had to ask several times for what I wanted and the whole process was quite painful. I wanted flowers for a birthday. I had to say everything a few times as it was quite apparent I was getting in the way of the lady’s conversation. I ended and asked what time delivery would be the reply was “Funerals Take Priority” !!! I asked again and the reply was if there were no funerals it would be “first thing” On delivery day I found myself having to ring the shop at 11.30 to see what time the flowers would arrive as we were waiting to go out. To be honest buying flowers for your partner is supposed to be an enjoyable experience for both of you. This was far from it. I won’t be going back. Such a shame as some of the reviews are good. Must have been a bad day but that was enough for me.

Review: Awful rude staff. Went in for quote for few wedding flowers. She was apparently too busy to call with a quote. Awful rude attitude. Would not use this store or recommend as such appalling customer service. Would rather give my money to someone who wants the business and is courteous to their customers.
