Review: This place was SOOO HELPFUL!! My wife ordered flowers for her mum(for mother’s day), they arrived saturday we left them on the kitchen top ready for my wife to take them to her mother’s house in on Sunday. during the Sunday morning a neighbours Tom cat came in the kitchen & ‘sprayed all over the box, bow & presentation cellophane that the beautiful display was presented in. I went to ‘Stems Florist’ & explained what had happened, the lady I spoke to understood & gave me a full new packaging box/display(complete with bow & trimmings). I offered to pay but she insisted that I accept it for free. I just have to say that she Totally saved the day & her kindness was so overwhelming that all I could do was thank her so much & give her a big hug because she certainly deserved it 🥰. Thank you soooo so much for helping to make our mother’s day so worthwhile 👍👍👍xx

Review: Came in on the 22/03/2025 and bought a bunch of flowers from outside window. They had £25 wrote on them so bought them for my step mum who I had travelled over to see. My bank statement says £30! 4 days later on the 26/03/2025 these flowers are dead. Instructions on the card were followed correctly and yet they’re dead. Very disappointing. Photo of day they were bought and photo of them dead
